Arabica coffee, Bourbon variety. The plantation from which the coffee originates is located in the Sul de Minas growing region, about 450 km northwest of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The coffee trees grow at altitudes of 950 to 1,200 meters, and the coffee is processed using the washed method. Experts regard it as the best Brazilian coffee.
Prepared espresso is dominated by hint of sweet chocolate with a very subtle citrus acidity. The fruity taste with the sweetness of honey and chocolate creates a richly structured coffee.
Brasil coffee has ecological certification from Rainforest Alliance and UTZ Certified.
